Questions are checked before answer generation, and answers are checked before speech. If a check fails, SparkWhy redirects.
What happens to my child's voice?
The public legal pages describe the current privacy commitments, and parents keep review, export, and deletion controls.
Does it need Wi-Fi?
Live Q&A needs Wi-Fi. When the connection is unavailable, SparkWhy can still play downloaded stories and local content; knowledge questions wait until it reconnects.
What if SparkWhy cannot answer?
It gives a short, child-safe redirect instead of pretending, guessing, or sending the child to a screen.
How is this different from Alexa?
